Hawaii Junior Botball is a fully autonomous challenge that is a cost-effective way of expanding your robotics season in the spring. The focus is to improve computer programming skills.

Schools are able to use any robotics platform they already have (VEX IQ or LEGO NXT), which will keep costs down. There is also an option to purchase a proprietary Botball Kit ($500).

A set of 6 event challenges includes a variety of tasks, including navigation, collecting objects, and using sensors to follow lines. (17 unofficial challenges are also available to expand your curriculum.)
